I understand that in every sport there is an element of risk. People die all the time. But the Grand National needs to stop until it can be safe. There are horses forever having to be put down after they fall and it has to stop. Last year 2 horses died, this year 2 have died and 1 is still iffy.. It is such a sad way to go. They aren’t humans, I get that, and I’m so glad all the jockeys are okay. But these horses race, and they fall break a leg and then have to be put down because its for the best for medical reasons; I get that. ugh. I love horses. They shouldnt have to die for a sport.
